We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll work within our efficient logistics operations to ensure orders are processed quickly and correctly. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
