This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, focusing on the accurate and timely retrieval of products to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately identifying and retrieving specified items from warehouse locations.
- Verifying product codes and quantities against order documents or scanner readouts.
- Ensuring orders are picked completely and correctly.
- Preparing picked items for staging and subsequent packing or sorting.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Participating in inventory counts and checks.
- Contributing to overall team productivity and efficiency in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic scanning technology.
- Strong adherence to Safety practices.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Reliable and punctual.
