Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Omaha, Nebraska! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for managing the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders. You will handle tasks ranging from receiving inventory, stocking shelves, accurately picking and packing orders, to preparing them for shipment. A strong understanding of logistics and a dedication to accuracy are essential. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Picking items accurately from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Packing orders carefully and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Labeling and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Conducting inventory cycle counts and assisting with physical inventories.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Following all established Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Collaborating with team members to meet fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to order fulfillment or inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
