As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of critical activities, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets or electronic systems.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory control activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adherence to all safety regulations is paramount.
