In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting items from our extensive inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your precision in picking will directly impact order accuracy and customer satisfaction. You'll work with cutting-edge warehouse technology, including RF scanners, to ensure you're always picking the correct items and quantities. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to navigate the warehouse effectively, and a commitment to maintaining a productive workflow. We value teamwork and encourage a positive work atmosphere. This role is a key component of our overall logistics network, ensuring seamless operations from order placement to shipment. We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace, and adherence to all safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Regular lifting is involved, and candidates must be comfortable with this aspect of the job. Comprehensive training on our picking processes and safety procedures will be provided.
