Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Follow instructions carefully and work efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity for Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic Logistics is beneficial.
- A dedication to maintaining workplace Safety is essential.
