Join our growing logistics team as a skilled Forklift Operator in Fort Worth, Texas! We are looking for experienced individuals to safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that materials are moved accurately and timely to their designated locations. You will be responsible for handling a variety of products, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. A strong commitment to safety, adherence to operational procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are paramount. If you have a valid forklift certification, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and discrepancies.
- Understand and execute instructions from supervisors related to logistics.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
