This role involves a wide range of duties, including receiving and processing inbound inventory, picking and packing customer orders accurately, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be a critical component of our supply chain and Logistics network, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and excellent teamwork skills. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing various manual tasks. Upholding workplace Safety is our highest priority, and all employees are required to strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear the provided PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use all designated PPE correctly and consistently.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
