Responsibilities
What does a Sales Executive do at Mpower?
Conduct consultations and build strong customer rapport
Help homeowners understand the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
Strategically guide prospects through the decision-making process
Participate in weekly trainings designed to refine your skills and grow your income
Qualifications
Desired qualifications for Sales Executive:
1+ year of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, or home improvement industries preferred)
Must be able to commute to Staten Island
Comfortable going door-to-door or meeting customers in-home
Motivated by growth and earning potential
Hungry but humble - you don't need to be the loudest to be the best
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Outgoing personality
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
