We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in San Francisco, California. This role is integral to our logistics network, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products from our extensive inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are correctly prepared for outbound logistics. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We maintain a strong commitment to safety, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the consistent use of PPE, is mandatory. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to meet daily fulfillment targets in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are key attributes we seek. Responsibilities:
- Select items from inventory according to order details with high accuracy.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
- Label packages appropriately for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks safely.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to team goals related to order fulfillment and overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any issues with inventory or orders to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Capacity to perform physical duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Dependable and punctual.
