Rozey Days Montessori Nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher who will also take on the role of SENDCo. We are a nurturing and inspiring environment, committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential. The role will be for Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

*Role Responsibilities:*
* Plan and deliver high-quality early years education for children aged 0–5
* Lead on SEND provision, ensuring children with additional needs are supported effectively though planning
* Support and mentor staff in inclusive practices
* Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure every child thrives
* Maintain compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
*About you:*
* Level 3 or above Early years qualification
* Experience as a SENDCo in an early years or primary setting
* Knowledge of EYFS
* Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy is desired
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passionate about supporting children’s development and inclusion
