Loopio is seeking an experienced, results-driven, relationship-focused, and process-oriented individual to elevate their account management career. In this role, you will manage the commercial relationship within a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on delivering value and building deep relationships to maximize renewal and expansion opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to support customer adoption, renewal discussions, and strategic growth across various industry verticals.
This is a contract position with benefits, a time-off program, and competitive compensation comparable to full-time roles. The expected start date is early November 2025, for approximately 16 months.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading renewal negotiations and expansion discussions with your customer portfolio.
- Developing data-driven strategies to manage high volumes of renewal and expansion conversations efficiently.
- Building meaningful relationships with customers through emails, calls, video, and in-person meetings.
- Formulating strategies to engage new business units, product lines, or regions.
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers to understand customer adoption, develop pricing strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing with guidance from internal teams.
- Responding to customer requests for upgrades outside of renewal processes, providing high service levels.
- Presenting the value of expansion opportunities to key stakeholders and executives.
- Conducting demonstrations of the Loopio platform to potential new users for expansion.
- Creating engaging playbooks, email templates, and meeting frameworks to support account growth.
- Using engagement and product data to identify growth opportunities and flag risks proactively.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and managing renewal and expansion meetings.
- Updating account information in Salesforce & Gainsight, and managing contract renewals and updates.
- Monitoring license consumption and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborating with various teams at Loopio to communicate customer feedback and priorities.
- 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success in developing sales opportunities and managing complex deal cycles.
- Experience in growing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to embed into key accounts and develop new relationships supporting expansion.
- Capability to engage with senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and team orientation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Effective communicator capable of engaging with customers and presenting solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a big-picture view and innovative mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight or similar tech stacks.
- Remote-first environment, with HQ in Canada and hubs worldwide.
- Based in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, or India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru).
- Majority of team located in Ontario and BC, working remotely within 300km of Toronto or Vancouver.
