Research & Advisory Manager, HR Technology & AI

If so, then we have an exciting role for you on our Advisory Services team. The Research & Operations Manager, HR Tech & AI helps build HR Technology and AI offerings through content development and providing support for the research agenda. It will help coordinate knowledge sharing across teams, support cross‑division partnerships, and communications.

• Create, review, curate, and update Tech and AI related research including blueprints, tech notes, and vendor interviews.
• Monitor the market, collect and analyze data, and provide recommendations for HR Technology and AI publications and services.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to cultivate insights in the HR technology and AI space.
• Coordinate vendor briefings and technology landscape updates.
• Develop keynote and webinar presentations.
• Support opportunities for external event participation and brand exposure.

• University degree or college diploma in Project Management, Systems Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or HR.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology, Information Technology, or Analytics.

• Executing technology related projects internally or as 3rd party consultant.
• Experience as part of a project team building technology strategies.
• Experience with software selection, optimization, or administration.
• Design skills in PowerPoint.
