As an Oracle Cloud Core HR Associate Consultant, you’ll provide domain, functional, and technical support required to effectively design and implement Core HR on Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM modules.

Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functional consulting services by assisting a senior subject matter expert and supporting clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR projects.
• Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM.
• Guide clients through Oracle delivered functionality and advise them on best practice.
• Map business processes to delivered functionality.
• Document client requirements.
• Configure application functionality and assist with testing.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
• Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to plan work effort and manage priorities, as well as to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• English: Proficient.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
