ADP is hiring a WFM Integration Consultant to design, develop, deploy and manage integration solutions using the Boomi platform.

The Workforce Manager Integration Consultant is responsible for:
- Gathering requirements from clients and analyzing integration needs between enterprise applications.
- Designing and building integration processes, workflows, and APIs using the Boomi platform, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
- Implementing integrations using various connection protocols and ensuring seamless data exchange between client systems.
- Conducting unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing to ensure reliability and performance, and managing deployment to production.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex integration issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Creating detailed technical documentation for all integration activities and configurations.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, internal and external clients, and delivering training sessions on integration functionalities.
- Providing ongoing client support and guidance throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Requirements Analysis – work with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Design & Development – build and configure integration solutions on Boomi.
- Implementation & Testing – execute tests and deploy to production.
- Troubleshooting – resolve integration issues and monitor data flows.
- Documentation – maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
- Collaboration – engage with stakeholders and provide training.
- Proficiency in Boomi, including connectors and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of web services (SOAP & REST APIs) and data formats (XML, JSON).
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ERP/CRM integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant Boomi certifications (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer, API Management Certification) are advantageous.
- French required for Quebec‑based roles; English also required for global interactions.

Salary & Benefits- Base salary: CAD $89,000.00 – CAD $142,100.00 per year.
- Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off.
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirement.
