In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
- Participating in the production and verification of related tasks
- Training and coaching your fellow team members
- Managing and monitoring the budget
- Boosting client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees
- Assisting the team in executing various special projects
- Proposing innovative methods for improving our processes
We’re looking for someone with passion, experience, and the right qualifications. Here’s what you’ll need:
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration
- A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related field
- A talent for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and resourceful skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Highly developed customer service abilities
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)
