Advanced degree preferredExperience owning the end-to-end engineering execution for a critical business function that supports a broader business segmentAdept in conflict management and problem resolution skills in managing internal and external customer relationshipsAble to drive progress in an entrepreneurial manner, moving quickly and taking calculated risks when deemed appropriateExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWe expect the starting salary to be around $225,000 with annual bonus eligibility.
