Would you like to lead a Printer exchange project in 4-7 Rollout cycles?
Out client from the technology industry is looking for support in theire Infrastructure Team for the Rollout and some additional tasks.

Start date: 30.06.2025 End date: 30.11.2025 (extension possible)
Workload : 100%
Workmodel : Contracting
Location : Baden-Dättwil
Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of the Printer exchange projects – Appr. 120 Printers in 4-7 Rollouts
• Implement operation processes with new printer service provider
• Stabilize printing services
• Setup printer reporting page
• Support Infrastructure team in Service Management tasks and small projects
• Ticket Coordination and Tracking
• Reporting

Your Profil:

• 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management and Project management
• Special experience in Printer Contract-, and Printer Service Provider Management
• Knowledge of IT Network fundamentals
• ITIL certificate is an advantage
• Experience in the Microsoft 365 world
• Strong german and fluent english language skills
