We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Lead HVAC Technician* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have*4 years MINIMUM of hands-on HVAC experience* and strong leadership skills. In this role, you will not only perform advanced service and installation work, but also mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting and best practices.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Diagnose, service, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
* Lead and mentor fellow technicians, providing training and troubleshooting guidance.
* Perform brazing, sheet metal work, and other advanced HVAC skills.
* Ensure all work meets safety codes and company quality standards.
* Represent the company professionally with customers, maintaining strong communication and service excellence.
*Qualifications*
* *4 years MINIMUM of hands-on HVAC experience *with proven technical ability.
* Strong knowledge of system diagnostics, servicing, and installations.
* Proficiency in brazing and sheet metal work.
* Leadership ability with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
* EPA certification and valid driver’s license required.
