*Position Summary*
Dynamic Health Care, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. This position will be primarily hospital-based, working with patients across various units to restore function, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. The role may also include providing occasional home care visits if desired, allowing for a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. This role will also be responsible for supervising OTAs in both inpatient and outpatient environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities, needs, and treatment goals.
* Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
* Provide interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills, mobility, and safety.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment use.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with company and hospital policies.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
*Qualifications*
* *Education:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
* *Licensure:* Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
* *Experience:* Previous hospital experience preferred; home care experience a plus.
* *Skills:* Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient engagement skills.
* *Other Requirements:* EHR familiarity and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
