Our Challenge
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic eHealth initiatives supporting organizational priorities. This role is vital in ensuring projects are aligned with business goals, conducted within scope and timelines, and meet quality standards to support health system modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, initiation, monitoring, and successful delivery of multi-project portfolios aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop project charters, detailed project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks to guide execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, including meetings, status reports, and briefings to senior executives.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee documentation, track project progress using dashboards and artifacts, and ensure compliance with standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate project start-up activities, including setting up collaboration tools and establishing project teams.
- Support change management efforts by developing communication strategies and assisting in stakeholder transition plans.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, recommend improvements, and ensure continuous project process enhancement.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing integrated project reporting and communicating progress to executive-level stakeholders.
- At least 5 years managing healthcare portfolios or initiatives of similar size and complexity.
- 5 years of experience advising clients on executing strategies involving technology, processes, and organizational design.
- 8 years developing a wide range of project documentation such as roadmaps, governance frameworks, business cases, and briefing notes.
- 8 years supporting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, aligning communication across diverse groups.
- 8 years working with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and align project outputs with user needs.
- 5 years of senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals, and delivery standards.
- 8 years managing project governance, change management, and communication activities.
Nice to Have:
- 3 years of experience with data integration in health care environment
- 5 years as a Change Manager on large, complex software development projects.
- 5 years of experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems.
- 5 years refining analytical framing skills to solve complex business questions effectively.
