*Position Summary*
The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
* Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water heaters, tankless water heaters, piping, drain lines, and toilets.
* Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and improve performance
* Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
* Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
* Apply mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to diagnose and complete repairs accurately
* Work on residential and light commercial projects, including repairs and replacements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, teammates, and management
* Complete required documentation, photos, and job notes accurately in ServiceTitan
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and service vehicle
* Follow all safety policies, local codes, and company procedures
* Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
*Required Qualifications*
* 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Knowledge of local plumbing codes
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Journeyman or Master Plumber license
* Experience in light commercial and water filtration systems.
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
* Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on feet for extended periods

* *Plumber - $22.00 - $30.00 depending on experience. *

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
