About the Role

At Tidy Homes, we provide high-quality cleaning for homes, Airbnbs, and commercial spaces. We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-growing, team-oriented company.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred (Airbnb, hotel, residential or commercial ), but we welcome motivated individuals who are ready to learn

What You'll Do

As a member of the Tidy Homes team, you will clean & maintain:

• Homes
• Airbnbs
• Common areas
• Commercial spaces

Perform key tasks, including:
Deep cleaning kitchens & bathrooms
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting & sanitizing
Making beds & linen turnovers for short-term rentals
Emptying garbage & recycling bins
Communicate professionally with management, clients, & teammates
Work independently or in a team to complete assignments

This is a physically active role. You must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs

Who We're Looking for

• Cleaning Experience Preferred: Airbnb, hotel, residential or commercial cleaning experience is a strong asset
• Reliable & Professional: Clients count on us to be respectful, on time and to maintain high cleaning standards
• Detail-Oriented & Efficient: Ability to follow checklists and work efficiently
• Absorb & Implement Feedback: To help us uphold our high standards, a willingness to receive guidance and constructive feedback from supervisors is required
• Strong Work Ethic: Must be comfortable with physical work and fast-paced cleaning
• Willingness to Learn: We provide ongoing training for those who show potential

• Contract Work Only: Tidy Homes is currently accepting contractor positions only. While not a requirement, experience working as a contractor is preferred
• Weekend availability: Candidates with weekend availability will be favored and will see more hours
• Schedule: Tidy Homes services residential, Airbnb and commercial spaces. While most of our jobs follow a consistent routine, managing Airbnb turnovers requires us to accommodate a dynamic cleaning schedule. Flexibility around your working schedule will result in more hours
• Travel: Tidy Homes is based in Stratford Ontario but services properties up to an hour a way. A willingness to travel will result in more hours
