Spray foam installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Spray Foam Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and proper insulation standards. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
• Apply spray foam insulation accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
• Use hand tools and caulking equipment to seal gaps and ensure proper insulation coverage
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
• Utilize construction knowledge to assess surfaces and ensure proper adhesion of spray foam
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents during installation
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with caulking, hand tools, or construction work is highly desirable
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively
• Knowledge of spray foam insulation installation techniques preferred
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding safely
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• A valid (or relevant) license is preferred but not required
