• Customer Support Specialist - English and Bilingual (French) Available

Location: Milton, ON

Registration is required to secure an interview. Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with appointment details will be permitted entry.

Various in-office shifts available.

Customer Support Specialist

Pay from $31 to $36 per hour

Bilingual - Pay from $35 to $40 per hour

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

• Be a product and solutions expert We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.

• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.

• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus , but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers

• For Bilingual (French) role - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
