Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This position is critical for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing goods for shipment, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are vital for this role. Safety is our number one priority; all team members must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and moving. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment. Training will be provided for all equipment and processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and checks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all.
