Are you an energetic individual looking for a Material Handler position in Raleigh, North Carolina? Join our logistics team and play a key role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and consistent manual labor. Safety is our utmost concern; therefore, all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, is a plus, and training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Your contribution is vital to our efficient logistics flow and ensures our products reach their destinations smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you can make a tangible impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Pick and fill orders based on requisitions or pick lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory control tasks as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper PPE use and lifting techniques.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the warehouse.
