Join our growing team in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Warehouse Associate! This is a versatile role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing. We are committed to providing a safe and efficient work environment, and we expect all associates to uphold our high standards of Safety. You will handle materials, manage inventory, and ensure that orders are processed accurately. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and understands the importance of teamwork and adherence to Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and Safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
