Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be handling inventory and ensuring order accuracy. This position plays a vital part in our overall logistics operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear all required PPE at all times. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Training will be provided for all specific tasks and equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Stage products for shipment and load onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and record-keeping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
