Compensation of up to $36/hour+ for highly skilled and qualified top installers!
Our Technicians will utilize their knowledge to educate and support our customers in their homes and/or commercial spaces. We provide many options, and believe in Maintenance Programs and System Enhancements to ensure longevity of our client's products, and to promote a comfortable and healthy living environment.
Tech Requirements:
* 4 + years of HVAC experience
* To provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice
* Obtain tools to operate as a Journeyman Lead Installer
* HVAC technical school is preferred
* NATE certification is preferred (We provide ability to gain certifications)
* Experience with most all types of heating and cooling equipment
* Strong attention to detail is required
* Valid drivers license
* EPA Refrigerant Certification
* Have acquired tools needed for Lead Installation Technician Position
* Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
