Home improvement knowledge is preferred but not required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Proactively greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or issues. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment. Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately as needed. Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-maintained. Requirements No prior retail experience is necessary. Ability to stand, walk, lift to 40lbs, and climb stairs. Willingness to undergo training and continued education. Project a positive representation of Ace Hardware. Available to work a minimum of one shift each weekend. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $12-$18 based on experience. Paid time off.
