Robert Half is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Workday HCM to support and mature HR business processes across the organization. This position is a six month contract opportunity that will have the potential to convert to hire and is a hybrid position (2-3 days onsite). Friday 8am to 5pm PST Responsibilities: Serve as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday HCM initiatives. Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes. Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts. Collaborate closely with cross functional team members and HR to support enhancements and ongoing initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday core HCM. Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation and present findings clearly. Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint reporting and work tracking. High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
