We train these professionals in the in-lite Playground and inspire them with unique lighting applications. YOUR ROLE

In this hybrid role, you are responsible for both content creation (videos, photos, graphics) and the coordination of training and Academy activities. You ensure that our knowledge, products and brand story are translated into strong, consistent content and well-organized learning experiences for internal teams, partners and customers globally.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and the Global Academy team to align content and training with business goals and brand guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Communications

• Create, edit and manage high-quality videos, photos, and graphics for training materials, presentations, guides, online platforms and internal communications.
• Adapt and localize global content for the Canadian market.
• Ensure content is consistent with in-lite's brand identity and tone of voice.
• Coordinate updates and improvements to existing content.
• in-lite Academy Coordination.
• Plan, organize and coordinate in-lite Academy trainings, workshops and events (online and on-site).
• Support trainers and subject matter experts with materials, planning and logistics.
• Act as the point of contact for in-lite Academy-related questions in Canada.
• Monitor feedback and continuously improve the in-lite Academy experience.

What you bring

• 5+ Years of proven experience in shooting and editing videos & photos in the outdoor living industry.
• 5+ Years of digital marketing experience.
• Completion of a diploma or higher education in a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with learning platforms, content tools or CMS systems.
• Experience with scheduling shoots, staging, and directing talent.
• Affinity with design, technology or outdoor lighting is an advantage.
• Proactive, structured and able to work independently in a growing organization.
