Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our warehouse equipment and facility. This includes performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery such as forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient flow of goods throughout our logistics network. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, respond to maintenance requests, and keep detailed records of all work performed. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential, along with a commitment to Safety and adherence to all operational protocols. Proper PPE must be used at all times. This position may involve some Lifting and working in various warehouse environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with machinery.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a log of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and other specialized gear.
  • Support the Logistics team by ensuring equipment availability.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to Safety and workplace excellence.
  • Ability to perform occasional Lifting of heavy parts.
