Job Title: Senior Engineer Combat Systems Installation & Commissioning

Salary: Circa 52,000 (dependant on skills and experience)

What youll be doing:

Maintaining effective partnerships with a wide variety of Internal and External stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal multi-disciplinary teams

Overseeing installation of Shared Infrastructure related equipment on board ship

Supporting Installation Inspections, Harbour and Sea Trials where required

Supporting Integration Test & Trials activities involving Shared Infrastructure

Providing a technical leadership role for elements of the Shared Infrastructure Hardware

Act as Approved Person to start up / shut down equipment under your area of responsibility

Management of defects and Observation Reports

Understanding the need to capture and maintain data generated for use by the project and the tools and techniques used to do so

Accepting responsibility for and demonstrating a visible commitment to SHE and Quality

Experience of Shared Infrastructure/networking equipment

Good influencing skills within a multi-disciplinary team environment
