We're looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership and technical know-how to oversee the planning and execution of our underground utility projects. What You'll Do Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for sewer and water system installations and repairs Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels Oversee procurement of materials, track expenses, and maintain cost control Conduct job site visits to monitor work progress, safety protocols, and quality standards Troubleshoot project challenges and resolve scheduling or logistical issues Prepare reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders Coordinate with municipalities, utility companies, and clients to keep projects on track Manage risk assessments, environmental compliance, and necessary permits/documentation Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management What We're Looking For Proven experience managing underground utility projects (water/sewer preferred) Strong understanding of excavation, permitting, and compliance requirements Leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficiency with project management software and budgeting tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed Why Join SiteWorks?
