This role involves a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with logistics is beneficial, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Support team members and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
