About The Role
The Sr. System Administrator responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organizations in?house, co?located, cloud, and security infrastructure. What You Will Do
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure. Implement best?practice configurations focused on high availability, zero?trust security, and least?privileged access. Collaborate with team members to provide full oversight of all enterprise systems. Manage, monitor, and maintain servers (virtual, physical, cloud) and associated operating systems. Maintain relationships with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure. Research, evaluate, and implement technologies aligning with business needs and compliance standards. Lead technical requirements and implementation efforts for organization?wide projects. Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities and risks through patching strategy. Administer end?user accounts, permissions, and access. Qualifications
College diploma or university degree in a related field and 5+ years work experience preferred. In?depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, Microsoft Server, Network Fundamentals, Security Concepts required. 5+ years of direct hands?on hardware & software troubleshooting. Working technical knowledge of Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Cloud. Strong service orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast?paced environment. On?call availability for emergency evening and weekend support required.
