Wound Ostomy RN - Home Health- Providence Home Services- Oregon Schedule: Full Time/Days The Wound Ostomy RN is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Bachelor's Degree - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. ~ Coursework/Training: Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. ~ Certification as a Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire. ~2 years of Nursing experience. 1 year of Home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET).
