Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 per year

About the Role

Bluebits Technologies is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the company's long-term growth by building high-level partnerships and contributing to strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for a strategy-driven, relationship-focused professional who works closely with senior stakeholders and provides market insight to help shape business direction. This is not a transactional sales role; the focus is on strategic partnerships, long-term relationships, and sustainable business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and market feedback during discussions related to sales strategy, partnerships, and overall business direction

• Monitor market trends and industry dynamics to support the exploration and development of new business models

• Build, manage, and maintain senior-level partnerships with government entities, real estate developers, and property management companies

• Identify and develop strategic opportunities with partners, distributors, and ecosystem stakeholders across Canada and the United States

• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support company growth and innovation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or other client-facing roles

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience building and managing partnerships with senior and institutional stakeholders

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence

• Ability to organize, coordinate, and support events, including partner meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements

• Experience in PropTech, IoT, real estate, or infrastructure-related sectors is considered an asset

• Bilingual ability is considered an asset
