POSITION:
- Experienced Dental Receptionist (3-5+ years experience)
- Tracker software (willing to train)
HOURS: 31 hours/week
Mon to Fri 9-5
Sat 7:30-2 (1/month)
COMPENSATION:
- $25-$30, maybe $32/hr depending on experience and performance
- Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments using Tracker software
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information
- Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically
- Maintain organized patient records within electronic medical records systems
- Make sure waiting room and reception area is clean and tidy
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and clinic operations
- Manage correspondence, including emails and appointment reminders
- Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
- Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
- Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
- Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Must be able to process high volumes of work, quickly, efficiently and accurately
