Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager Location: Northern Ireland Salary: Competitive DOE Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Client Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established merchant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run business. About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the day to day sales and customer experience within the showroom. This is a hands on role where you will be the main contact for customers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completed sale. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact in the showroom, welcoming customers and delivering a professional friendly experience. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding individual requirements and offering expert advice. Prepare and present tailored bathroom quotations and proactively follow up all quotations to maximise sales conversion and revenue. Manage the ordering process and plan deliveries for all completed sales to ensure smooth project completion. Maintain high standards of showroom merchandising, presentation and cleanliness at all times. Stay up to date with industry trends, new products and design developments. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, timely and solutions focussed manner. Requirements / Skills: Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer facing sales role preferably within a bathroom showroom or related sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to details with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Sales driven, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
