We are seeking proactive individuals to support the efficient processing of customer orders within our distribution center. As a Fulfillment Associate, your duties will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered accurately and on time. You must be comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting packages up to 50 pounds. We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, and all associates are required to follow safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Process shipments using our logistics software.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Meet performance targets for order fulfillment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including PPE and safe lifting.
