We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Material Handler to join our logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving the movement and organization of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, staging, and distributing materials to support production or shipping needs. A strong emphasis on safety and efficiency is expected. You will be a key player in our supply chain, ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
- Transporting materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.
- Organizing and staging materials for shipment or use.
- Verifying the accuracy of received materials against shipping documents.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Properly handling materials to prevent damage.
- Supporting other warehouse functions as needed to ensure seamless logistics operations.
