We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This versatile role involves a wide range of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical part in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that orders are processed promptly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
