You will be responsible for preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, coordinating with couriers, and maintaining accurate records of all outgoing goods. A strong understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations (if applicable), and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate shipping. Safety is paramount; therefore, you must strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear the appropriate PPE. - Processing and preparing all outgoing shipments for various carriers.
- Accurately generating shipping labels and documentation.
- Verifying order details and contents for accuracy.
- Scheduling pickups with shipping carriers.
- Maintaining organized shipping logs and records.
- Communicating with internal departments regarding shipment status.
- Ensuring all shipments comply with company policies and regulations.
- Operating shipping equipment and software.
- Proper use of mandatory PPE.
- Occasional requirement for Lifting of boxes.
