We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items for customer orders from our warehouse inventory. You will utilize state-of-the-art scanning technology and handheld devices to ensure precision and efficiency. This position requires a strong focus on detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced **Logistics** environment. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency is paramount to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Stage completed orders for staging, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company **Safety** procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and maintain required **PPE** at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Perform tasks that require **Lifting** of merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Meet or exceed daily picking quotas and performance standards.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
