In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, inspecting them for quality, and carefully packing them for transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages correctly for outgoing shipments.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
