A skilled Forklift Operator is needed for our Indianapolis, Indiana facility to support our extensive logistics operations. In this critical role, you will operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification and a demonstrated history of safe operation in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections of forklift equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. Strong spatial reasoning, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. You must strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE. This role involves considerable lifting and requires the ability to operate machinery with precision and care within a dynamic logistics setting. Experience with various types of forklifts and a solid understanding of warehouse workflows are highly desirable. Join our team and play a key part in our supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on forklift equipment.

- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Handle tasks involving lifting and precise maneuvering of goods.
