Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to the procurement team.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure proper product handling and storage.
- Assist in the development and execution of inventory control improvement projects.
- Uphold all company **safety** standards and ensure proper **PPE** is utilized by all personnel in inventory areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary, following all **safety** guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of **logistics** and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety** and adherence to **PPE** regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
