Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to the procurement team.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure proper product handling and storage.
  • Assist in the development and execution of inventory control improvement projects.
  • Uphold all company **safety** standards and ensure proper **PPE** is utilized by all personnel in inventory areas.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary, following all **safety** guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Understanding of **logistics** and supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety** and adherence to **PPE** regulations.
